Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using any templates or services from SS Themes.
Last updated: October 2026By accessing or purchasing from SS Themes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page, you may not access our website or purchase any template products.
Every template purchased from SS Themes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license for one (1) live website domain or Squarespace account. You are prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or sharing the template files or underlying architecture with third parties.
All purchases are processed securely. Following purchase completion, you will receive an official Squarespace site transfer invitation email within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address associated with your Squarespace account during checkout.
Due to the digital nature of Squarespace template transfers, all sales are final once the site transfer invitation has been successfully initiated. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after template delivery unless there is an unresolvable technical defect.
All template designs, structural layouts, custom code snippets, documentation, and graphics provided by SS Themes remain the intellectual property of SS Themes. Purchasing a license grants usage rights, not copyright ownership.
SS Themes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our templates, third-party Squarespace platform outages, or improper customization modifications.
