End User License Agreement

Please review this End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully before downloading, installing, or using templates from SS Themes.

Effective Date: October 2026

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these terms and successful purchase completion, SS Themes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to install, customize, and deploy the purchased Squarespace template on one (1) active website domain or Squarespace account.

2. Permitted Uses

You are permitted to modify colors, typography, layout blocks, and content to fit your personal or business brand. If purchased under our client license guidelines, you may build and deploy the site for a single end client.

3. Prohibited Actions & Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicence, rent, lease, or redistribute template files, code snippets, or underlying structural layouts to any third party. Extracting template layouts to build competing template shops or framework kits is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, structural designs, custom code, and documentation remain exclusively with SS Themes. Your purchase grants you a license to use the design, not ownership of the underlying framework.

AGREEMENT FAQ

Common Questions Regarding Our EULA

No. Each template purchase is valid for one (1) single website domain. Deploying the same template across multiple websites requires purchasing a separate license for each individual project.

You may transfer the site build to a client if it is for that specific client's single project. However, template files may not be repurposed across multiple client builds without individual licenses.

Violation of any terms within this End User License Agreement will result in immediate termination of your license rights and may require the removal or decommissioning of the unauthorized site.
